Christina Kitchens brings over two decades of experience in upstream and midstream corporate finance, executive leadership and portfolio management. She has successfully closed $11 billion in direct upstream and midstream debt transactions and co-originated or arranged ~$80 billion in syndicated energy debt facilities. Throughout her career, Mrs. Kitchens has consistently led initiatives in strategy, growth, risk management, governance and platform buildouts. Most recently, as Group Managing Director of Specialized Industries Finance at a national commercial bank, she established a $1.8 billion energy finance platform. She also co-led the acquisition and integration of an investment bank, served on its engagement and oversight committees, and launched a commodity derivatives trading desk. Previously, she built and managed energy finance divisions at two rapidly growing regional banks, initiated a commodity trade desk at an international money center bank, and oversaw the integration of bank acquisitions. Her strategic leadership skills were honed through the executive management and credit programs at Citibank. Mrs. Kitchens holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BA in Organizational Management from the University of North Texas. She holds Series 24, 63, 79, 82, 99 and SIE securities licenses and represents the third generation of her family involved in the oil and gas sector.

Michael Taylor previously co-founded and served as Managing Director at Mitchell Energy Advisors (MEA), a FINRA-registered broker-dealer, where he oversaw the sourcing and execution of M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deals for clients in the oil and gas sector. Prior to MEA, Mr. Taylor worked as an investment banker in FBR’s Energy Investment Banking Group. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President in the investment banking division of Morgan Keegan & Co. (now Raymond James), focusing on capital raising and M&A advisory across multiple industries. Before Morgan Keegan, he was an Associate in the Corporate Finance departments at Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Throughout his career, Mr. Taylor has completed transactions totaling over $10 billion. Mr. Taylor earned a BBA in Finance with honors from the University of Houston and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation along with Series 7, Series 24, Series 79, and Series 99 securities licenses.

Michele Martin is an energy investment banker and buy-side advisor with more than 25 years of experience evaluating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across oil and gas, power, and energy infrastructure. 

Ms. Martin advises family offices, institutional investors, government agencies, and management teams on transactions across the energy sector.  She has closed more than $44 billion of transactions across debt, project finance, structured capital, and equity structures.

Ms. Martin spent the first two decades of her career at General Electric, where she was responsible for originating, underwriting, and portfolio management for energy investments in the oil and gas and power sectors.  She currently serves as a Senior Investment Advisor to the U.S. Department of Energy. 

Ms. Martin holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Tom McClintock is a seasoned energy investment banker with more than 25 years of experience in financial advisory and corporate finance.  He specializes in valuations, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity structuring, and strategic advisory services for energy companies and investors.  

Mr. McClintock delivers institutional-grade guidance on corporate transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and general corporate finance in the energy sector.  He has held senior roles in financial services, with a focus on navigating complex deals in upstream, midstream, and related industries.

David DeWitt leads the firm’s business development and origination efforts, focusing on lead generation and relationship development across the oil and gas sector. He leverages an extensive network of industry executives, operators, and family offices to identify opportunities and connect prospective clients with the firm’s investment banking and buy-side advisory capabilities.

Mr. DeWitt plays a key role in sourcing new engagements and facilitating strategic introductions, supporting early-stage dialogue between management teams, investors, and capital providers. His deep relationships—particularly within the family office community—enable access to proprietary opportunities and differentiated capital sources, enhancing the firm’s ability to originate and execute high-quality transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeWitt served as Vice President of Business Development at Bruington Operating and held business development roles at Schlumberger and National Oilwell Varco. His background provides strong industry connectivity and market insight, supporting the firm’s continued growth and client engagement efforts.

Steve Pully is a highly experienced executive with more than 40 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, law, and board.  He previously worked at large investment banks as an energy investment banker and has served on 25 public and private company boards in the energy and power sector.  Mr. Pully has been actively involved in M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions involving energy companies.

He is widely respected for his ability to guide companies through complex strategic decisions, balancing stakeholder interests, and delivering long-term shareholder value.  Mr. Pully holds a JD from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
